Adeel PK (born Mohammad Adeel Kaleem) is a Pakistani film director, editor, and filmmaker known for his work in Pakistani cinema, television dramas, and music video production. He has built a reputation in the entertainment industry through his multi-disciplinary expertise in directing, film editing, visual effects, and music producer.
Adeel PK comes from a film-oriented family and is the son of veteran Pakistani film writer Pervaiz Kaleem. Growing up in a cinematic environment, he was exposed to the film industry from a young age. As a child artist, he appeared in film productions and became involved in filmmaking during the early stages of his career. He worked behind the scenes on projects such as Moosa Khan, Mujhay Chaand Chahiye, and Pehla Sajda, where he served as an assistant director and gained practical experience in film production.
Adeel PK formally began his professional journey in 2004 as a television video editor. During this period, he edited numerous television dramas, telefilms, commercials, and music videos. His technical skills and creative storytelling quickly helped him gain recognition within Pakistan’s television industry.
His directorial debut came in 2006 with the telefilm “Shiddat.” The project showcased his distinctive visual style and established his identity as a director capable of creating visually appealing narratives. Following this success, he moved into television drama direction and worked on projects such as the drama serial “Adhi Aurat” for Pakistan Television.
Apart from directing, Adeel PK has also worked extensively as a film editor and visual effects artist in Pakistani films. One of his notable contributions was to the film “Bhai Log – All About the Nation,” where he worked as a film editor, visual effects artist, and sound designer. The film became one of the highest-grossing Pakistani films of its time and received several awards.
Adeel PK later founded his own production and post-production studio called TrimStudio in Lahore, where he continues to work as a director and filmmaker. His studio produces films, television commercials, and music videos while also offering post-production services such as editing and visual effects. He is also known for blending strong visual storytelling with modern editing techniques, Adeel PK has worked across multiple formats including films, television dramas, and commercial productions. His diverse skill set—from directing to editing and VFX—has allowed him to play a significant role in shaping contemporary Pakistani visual media.
Adeel PK now is running his own production House and Music and Films Companies named as " Postaza " a production House, "Hu Films" a film producing company and a Music Record Label "HU PLAY"
